Job Description
This is a dynamic opportunity for an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) passionate about fostering student growth and success in a school environment. Work with diverse caseloads across multiple campuses, partnering with dedicated teams in a setting committed to student achievement. This contract position offers a full-time schedule (35 hours/week across 4–5 days), with placement in either an elementary school (potentially splitting time between two campuses) or at the secondary level spanning two campuses.
Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in the state, with CCC required
- Previous experience working in schools; experience in early childhood centers highly valued
- Strong assessment, intervention, and IEP documentation skills
- Adaptability to support students in self-contained settings as needed
- Skilled in managing caseloads across multiple sites
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students K–12, working on-campus only
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
- Conduct evaluations and contribute to IEP meetings, providing data-driven insights
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and provide consultative support to educators
- Support student progress and advocate for essential resources
- Travel as necessary between assigned campuses to ensure continuity of care
