Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (CCC required)
- Bilingual proficiency (English & Spanish)
- Recent experience in a school setting (prior work with elementary students is a must)
- Self-contained classroom experience preferred
- Able to work onsite (remote/virtual work not available)
- Immediate availability through June 5, 2027
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language services for elementary-aged students (bilingual caseload)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct evaluations, develop and implement IEPs, and document student progress
- Support inclusive education and English Language Learners’ needs; may work with self-contained classrooms as required
- Maintain licensure and comply with school and district guidelines
