Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
• Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience preferred
• Familiarity with IEP processes and ability to document progress effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to serving diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans as part of the IEP process
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to help students reach their goals
• Document therapy sessions, assessments, and progress according to district guidelines
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary teams
