School Speech Language Pathologist - Cypress, Texas

School-based Speech-Language Pathologists (CCC) are needed to serve either elementary or secondary settings, working on-site across two campuses. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver direct and consultative speech-language services, making a daily difference in student outcomes.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Direct experience in K-12 school environments; early childhood center experience is a definite plus
• Comfortable providing services across multiple school locations
• Experience with self-contained classrooms beneficial
• Strong communication & organization skills; able to manage a dynamic caseload
• No educator credential required; SLPA or Clinical Fellows not eligible
• Flexibility to serve either elementary or secondary caseloads, depending on assignment
• Commitment to on-site work only (teletherapy is not available)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy in alignment with IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators in a collaborative environment
• Maintain meticulous records and document student progress
• Adapt interventions to the needs of students in self-contained and integrated settings
• Manage caseloads split across multiple campuses as assigned
