School Speech Language Pathologist - Arvada, CO

Qualifications:

• Minimum Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
• Active Colorado Department of Education (CO DOE) Certification
• Current Colorado SLP License (or qualifying equivalent: Speech-Language Pathologist, Speech Connectionist, or Speech Therapist for ages birth through 21)
• Ability to complete a district-specific background check as part of onboarding
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred, especially with mild/moderate caseloads

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students across one or more campuses within the district
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records and contribute to the IEP process
• Participate in team meetings and share expertise to improve student outcomes
