Qualifications and Skills:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) in Speech-Language Pathology
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, open to Clinical Fellows
• Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational abilities
• Understanding of IEP processes and data-driven therapy planning
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students with speech, language, or communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student's needs
• Conduct therapy sessions targeting receptive/expressive language, articulation, fluency, voice, or pragmatic skills
• Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and federal regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with families and educational staff
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
• Provide education and support to teachers and caregivers for classroom carryover
