What You'll Need:

• Active SLP-CCC credential
• CTC (California Teaching Certificate)
• Experience in pediatric and/or school-based speech therapy preferred
• Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Passion for supporting children’s speech, language, and educational growth
• Ability to work onsite for a 37.5 hour workweek, Monday through Friday

Your Role:

• Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans for elementary students
• Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy tailored to student needs
• Complete documentation and maintain student records according to school and legal requirements
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support student progress
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and provide input on speech and language goals
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in providing high-quality services
