What We’re Looking For:

• Current certification in Speech and Language for the state of Georgia
• Successful experience or training working with children, preferably in a school setting
• Ability to manage and support a caseload of elementary and middle school students
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills suited for a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team
• Passion for helping children develop their communication abilities and confidence

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive speech and language assessments and therapy to students as outlined in individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Develop and implement engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to meet each student’s needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students and integrate speech goals into the classroom environment
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records for all assigned students
• Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing professional learning opportunities
