This contract role is designed for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP-CCC) fluent in both English and Spanish, dedicated to fostering growth at the elementary school level.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist state license (CCC required)
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
  • Recent school-based experience delivering SLP services
  • Comfortable working full-time (35 hours/week, 4-5 days per week) on-site
  • Experience supporting self-contained classrooms is a plus
  • No educator credential required
  • Candidates must be able to work on-site (remote services not considered)

What you’ll be doing:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students, both in English and Spanish
  • Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student success
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Offer support in self-contained classes if needed
