Qualifications:
- Active Florida SLP License required
- Experience or training in pediatrics, preferably in school-based settings
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcomed
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to work onsite with middle school-aged students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct speech and language services as outlined in IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to optimize therapy outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school policies
- Participate in meetings and contribute to student-centered program development
