Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Windermere, Florida

Qualifications:

• Active Florida SLP License required
• Experience or training in pediatrics, preferably in school-based settings
• SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY candidates welcomed
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work onsite with middle school-aged students

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized therapy plans for students
• Deliver direct speech and language services as outlined in IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to optimize therapy outcomes
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in accordance with school policies
• Participate in meetings and contribute to student-centered program development
