School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Elk River, Minnesota

The assignment runs approximately from September 7th, 2026, through November 30th, 2026, allowing you to dedicate your expertise for a 12-week period.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Current Minnesota SLP license (required for consideration)
• SLP-CCC credentials preferred
• Prior experience providing SLP services in a school setting
• Comfort and background working with children ages 3-5, especially in an early childhood or ECSE program
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities
• Ability to effectively manage and deliver services to a diverse early childhood caseload
• Submission of resume required for candidate presentation

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students enrolled in the ECSE 3-5 program
• Provide direct and consultative services in alignment with each child’s IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and related service staff to optimize student communication growth
• Conduct assessments, maintain accurate documentation, and participate in team meetings as needed
• Adapt interventions to support a positive and inclusive learning environment
