EDS Service Solutions is hiring a dependable, motivated Transportation Supervisor to join our team at the Memphis Airport Rental Car Center.

In this leadership role, you’ll oversee daily shift operations, support and motivate employees, maintain productivity and safety standards, and help ensure excellent service for our rental car partners.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise and monitor employees scheduled during your shift
• Keep team members productive, engaged, and on task
• Ensure employees follow company policies and workplace safety procedures
• Monitor productivity goals and ensure performance standards are met
• Complete required productivity reports and operational paperwork
• Train, coach, and mentor new employees
• Assist the Site Manager and provide coverage on scheduled days off
• Step in to support Driver/Transporter Leads and Vehicle Service Associates (car cleaners) when needed
• Help ensure staffing and customer needs are met throughout the shift
• Maintain a professional and positive work environment

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must have a clean driving record for the past 3 years
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
• Must have OPEN availability, including weekends as needed
• Must be available to work the night shift
• Must be dependable, organized, and comfortable leading a team in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, but not required

Pay & Benefits

• $15.00 per hour
• Weekly Pay
