Looking for a driven, experienced, self starter to run a metal fabrication shop. Must have knowledge of all welding disciplines. Experience with plasma table, press brake, CNC saws. Computer skills, word, excel etc. QC techniques, to include weld gauges , measuring devices. Responsibilities include, making sure employees have product to keep moving forward, keeping the shop running as efficiently as possible. Not afraid to put welding helmet on and get projects done, go above and beyond any expectations to get product out on time and right the first time.
