Metal Fabrication Shop Foreman

We are seeking a Metal Fabrication Shop foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers. Must have at least 10 years in the field, understand and be proficient in all aspects and disciplines in welding. Mig, stick , dual shield , and tig SS/Aluminum. Experience with press brake, cnc equipment.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in production, manufacturing, or other related fields
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Knowledge of materials
• Knowledge of Second operations off premises, ie: powder coating, galvanizing
• Strong leadership qualities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
