Assistant General Manager - People and Hospitality

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager – People & Hospitality to join an experienced leadership team and help build a culture where both our guests and our employees thrive.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop our front-of-house team.

• Coach employees and future leaders.

• Protect the guest experience and hospitality standards.

• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and accountability.

• Help create a clean, organized, and welcoming restaurant.

• Support the General Manager in leading the entire operation.

• Lead by example while helping managers work on the business—not just in it.
