What You Need to Know/ How to Do:
- Cut, roll, and spray cleanly and smoothly
- Sand surfaces and properly patch holes and imperfections
- Safely climb and work from 25–40 ft ladders
- Have reliable transportation and show up on time
- Work independently while maintaining high-quality results
- Pass a background check
