Job Description
Everline Coatings & Services – Newark is hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to lead daily field operations for pavement maintenance and construction services. This role oversees crews, runs projects end-to-end, maintains equipment, performs site surveys, and supports business growth.
This position requires a leader who is comfortable managing projects and working in the field when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily field operations and crew schedules
Run projects from planning through completion
Perform site surveys, measurements, and job prep
Maintain and prepare equipment and materials
Ensure quality, safety, and productivity standards
Identify upsell and additional work opportunities on-site
Qualifications
3+ years in construction, asphalt, landscaping, or skilled trades
Experience supervising field crews
Strong mechanical and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license
Physically capable of hands-on field work
Flexible schedule (weather-dependent operations)
