Job Title: Site Superintendent (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Daytona Beach, FL 32117

Pay Rate: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Employment Type: Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (40 hours/week, 1-hour lunch break)

Job Description

Ace Staffing is seeking a dependable and experienced Site Superintendent for a temp-to-hire position located in Daytona Beach, FL.

Equipment (laptop and cell phone) will be provided for daily work duties. Please note: No vehicle or transportation allowance is provided; reliable daily transportation to the project site is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate field layout for fans, ductwork, and penetrations.
• Coordinate effectively with other trades on-site.
• Coordinate material releases with Project Managers and field labor.
• Manage and align schedules with the General Contractor (GC) and Project Managers.
• Ensure all materials are installed properly and according to specifications.
• Schedule and oversee required job-site inspections.

Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Minimum of two (2) years of construction leadership/supervisory experience in Multi-Family or Hotel new construction required.

Start Date: Needed ASAP.

Tech Provided: Laptop and cell phone provided for work activities.

Transportation: Must have reliable daily transportation to report directly to the job site in Daytona Beach.
