Painter

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team, specializing in residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This role involves working independently or as part of small or large teams, with occasional travel to various job sites. The Painter will ensure high-quality finishes while adhering to safety standards and maintaining equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Apply paints, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
• Match colors accurately to client specifications
• Maintain and clean painting equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct quality control to deliver finished work that meets standards
• Clean up work areas after project completion
• Manage inventory of painting supplies and materials
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional painting experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
