Siegel’s Cottonwood Farm is seeking a Part-Time Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our food venues, and office duties with the potential for the role to grow into a full-time position.
Responsibilities include:
Managing food and beverage ordering and inventory
Overseeing daily operations of multiple food venues
Supervising and supporting food service staff
Ensuring quality, cleanliness, and efficient service
Assisting with scheduling and team coordination
Supporting occasional office and administrative tasks
Qualifications:
Experience in food service or hospitality
Strong organization and leadership skills
Ability to manage staff and multitask in a fast-paced environment
