Job Description
We are a small trucking company seeking a reliable, dedicated long-haul driver. The company is ran by a former driver and we treat you like a person, not a number.
Pay structure is straightforward. You will receive a guaranteed flat salary of $2,000 every week, regardless of whether your weekly miles are high or low.
SAP Drivers only RTD final steps encouraged to apply, but we only consider those with THC related violations only (will verify within clearinghouse before hiring)

- 2017 Volvo VNL 780 Sleeper
Route
Primary Lanes: Southern California to the Southeast (NC, SC, and GA).
Coverage: Must be willing and able to run all 48 states as needed.
Hiring Area:
Must live in either Southern California OR the Charlotte/Mecklenburg, NC area for best off time with family, but anyone is welcome to apply.
Compensation & Home Time:
Pay: $2,000 guaranteed weekly salary. (2,250 for night drivers)
Schedule: 3 weeks on the road, followed by 1 week off.
Expectations of Duties
Driver from SoCal to Charlotte round trip over a 9 day period 3 times a month.
Home time for 7-10 Days.
No 34 hour resets only driving for 8.75 hours daily.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate tractor-trailers on OTR routes, covering extensive distances across multiple states
- Use GPS navigation systems to follow optimal routes, ensuring timely deliveries while complying with HOS.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and e-logs
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any route or cargo issues
Requirements
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record.
- 3 years experience minimum. No employment gaps longer than 6 months.
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems confidently on over-the-road routes across different regions
