Site Manager

The Kamson Corporation, a Premier Apartment Management Organization is seeking a professional experience property manager for our apartment complex located in Jackson, NJ. The ideal property manager candidate will be responsible for the oversight of leasing, maintenance and operational needs. Must have prior multifamily experience as a property manager handling responsibilities as noted below.

Property Manager Responsibilities

• Provide high-level customer service and follow-up with all residents and prospective residents
• Assess maintenance needs and arrange repairs by utilizing in-house staff or outside contractors
• Work closely with outside vendors regarding property-related issues
• Manage property capital improvement projects
• Manage, mentor, and supervise the property staff

Property Manager Qualifications

• 3-5 years of property management experience
• Detail-oriented with solid communication and administrative skills
• Computer proficiency that includes MS OFFICE
• High-level customer service skills
• A solid understanding of property management operations
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
