Grading/Utility Foreman

We are seeking an Excavation Foreman to join our team! You will oversee the activities of a team of production workers.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Delegate production assignments to appropriate teams and personnel
• Inspect all materials and equipment to detect malfunctions
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures
• Operate heavy equipment (excavator, dozer, loader, skid steer, ect)
• Set up and operate grade laser
• Use a computer/tablet to submit daily reports and access job information. Experience with Procore is a plus but not required.

​Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a grading foreman in construction
• Must be able to read plans and implement a cut sheet.
• Knowledge of production tools and equipment
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must pass a background check
• Have a valid drivers license
