About the Role:
STAMPER DEVELOPMENT GROUP LLC is looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead operations at our Sneads Ferry, NC location. Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily business operations and ensure efficiency across all departments
- Lead, mentor, and manage staff to drive performance and maintain a positive workplace culture

- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or in a senior leadership/operations role
- Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills
- Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in strategic planning and executing operational goals
- Proficiency with business management software and reporting tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, not required
