Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shift execution
• Lead, coach, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage scheduling, labor, and staffing needs
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand standards
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Monitor inventory, ordering, and food cost controls
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
• Help drive sales growth and community involvement initiatives
• Ensure speed of service and operational goals are consistently met

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Passion for hospitality and creating a great guest experience
