NIGHT STAFF/FRONT DESK (Under Night Staff Supervisor)
Shift 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Everyday
Hourly
1. Answer phones & intercom
2. Daily review Log Book, Red Book, Out of Residence Sheets and Overnight Guest Sheets
3. Daily submit to office Shift Activity Report
4. Monitor and physically patrol parking garage and property perimeter
5. Secure gates and trash room
6. Perform door checks
7. Provide wake-up calls
8. Deliver newspapers
9. Perform lighting survey
10. Follow Night Staff Training Manual
11. Assist Management during hurricanes and other emergency situations, including illness and vacations
