About the Position
True Electric Services LLC is hiring a full-time Texas Residential Wireman Electrician to join our residential installation team and develop into the lead electrician for a two-person installation crew.

This is a growth position with a defined path toward Crew Lead.
Starting pay is $23–$27 per hour based on experience and current skill level, with the opportunity for increased compensation as you demonstrate the ability to independently lead residential installation projects and a two-person crew.
We don't expect you to know everything on day one. We do expect you to be dependable, safety-conscious, willing to learn, and someone who takes pride in doing quality work.
4-Day Workweek
True Electric Services is transitioning to a 4-day, 10-hour workweek beginning in early September 2026.

Occasional overtime or schedule adjustments may be available or required depending on project and customer needs. Overtime must be approved in advance.
