Lobby Attendant

Royale Company staffs the front desks of luxury residential high-rises across Manhattan. Our hiring is quick and respectful of your time: you'll hear from us within one business day, and most candidates complete the process within a week.

The Job

You are the face of the building. On a typical shift you will:

• Welcome residents and guests and manage visitor access
• Receive, log, and distribute packages and deliveries
• Coordinate vendor and contractor access
• Keep the lobby and front desk organized and presentable
• Monitor the entrance and report issues to management
• Maintain records in the building software (training provided)

Schedule

We offer fixed schedules that vary by building. Evening (3pm–11pm) and overnight (11pm–7am) shifts are the ones we're filling most often. Weekend coverage is included. Tell us your availability and we'll match you to a compatible shift.

What We Expect

• Customer service experience in retail, hospitality, front desk, or similar roles
• Reliability and punctuality
• Professional appearance and grooming standards required by building client.
• Weekend and holiday availability, depending on shift
• Background check required (at our cost)
