Louisville Gardens is hiring a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Memory Care Unit as a Weekend Warrior. This is a great opportunity for a CNA who enjoys building relationships with residents and wants a predictable schedule with a supportive nursing team.
Weekend Warrior Schedule
Saturday, Sunday & Monday
6:00 AM–6:00 PM
12-hour shifts
Consistent 3-day schedule
Consistent Weekend Warrior schedule

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents
Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, meals, and other activities of daily living
Assist with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning
Provide reassurance and redirection for residents with dementia
Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs
Observe and report changes in resident condition
Follow individualized care plans
Work closely with nurses and other members of the care team
Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and positive environment
Current CNA certification
Dementia, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care experience is a plus
Compassionate, patient, and dependable
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work the required Saturday, Sunday & Monday schedule
Experienced and newly certified CNAs are encouraged to apply
