Pay Rate: $17/hr.
We are seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Largo. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, working with machinery, and being part of a production-focused team.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Set up and adjust machinery according to production requirements.
- Load materials into machines and remove finished products.
- Inspect products for quality and report any defects or machine issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow production schedules, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and notify supervisors of equipment issues.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Perform repetitive physical tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
- Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical production duties.
- Must be comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
