We're looking for an Occupational Therapist who enjoys helping patients regain independence, building meaningful relationships, and having the flexibility to manage their own schedule while receiving support from an experienced leadership team.

Compensation Structure

• Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
• Evaluation / Re-Evaluation / Recertification: 1.5 Units
• Routine Visit: 1.0 Unit
• OASIS Discharge: $65

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Improve independence with ADLs
• Recommend adaptive equipment and home safety modifications
• Educate patients and caregivers
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Document in WellSky (Kinnser)

Qualifications

• Active Florida OT License
• CPR Certification
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making
• Ability to work independently
• Home health experience preferred but not required
