Receptionist Job Duties:
Reception skills and learning holistic medical practices
Communicating with staff the needs of the clients
Answering phone calls and navigate multiple lines when necessary
Scheduling appointments via VetPort vet software
Checking and responding to emails frequently
Cleaning and stocking supplies
This job is ideal for someone who is:
Holistic minded or open to learning the approach as well as the traditional veterinary approach
Dependable
Has good communication and writing skills
People and detail-oriented
Able to handle a busy practice environment
A great team player
Innovate - prefers working in unconventional ways or on tasks that require creativity
