Cut/Saw Operator

Cut Operator / Shipping & Receiving WB Industries – O'Fallon, MOWE ARE CURRENTLY OFFERING UP TO A $2000 SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON EXPERIENCEWB Industries is looking for a Cut Operator who takes pride in accuracy and quality. In this role, you'll be hands-on with cutting equipment, measuring materials, and preparing products to meet customer requirements. You'll also assist with shipping and receiving to keep jobs moving on schedule.What You'll Do:Operate saws and other cutting equipment with precision and efficiencyRead and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and part specifications - accuracy is a mustMeasure, mark, and cut materials to size while keeping scrap and waste to a minimumIdentify, label, and secure all material and pallets properlyPerform tool adjustments and sharpening as neededAssist with shipping/receiving tasks such as organizing pallets, checking in material, and staging outgoing jobsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area while following all PPE and safety requirementsWhat We're Looking For:Strong ability to read a tape measure and apply shop mathMechanical aptitude with experience in cutting or production preferredAbility to lift 30–50 lbs. regularly and work in a non-climate-controlled environmentTeam player willing to jump in and help across departmentsWhy WB Industries?
