- Communicate effectively with Scheduling, Flight Crews, Technical Support, vendors, and leadership.
- Independently perform maintenance and servicing of all aircraft mechanical and avionics systems.
- Coordinate the ordering, receipt, and inspection of tooling and materials required for aircraft servicing.
- Inspect and maintain MSU trucks, tools, calibration status, operating condition, stocking levels, and hazardous materials.
- Oversee the shipment of core units and tooling back to the appropriate locations.
- Complete work order sign-offs, logbook entries, shift turnovers, expense reports, and other required documentation accurately and on time.
- Ensure all maintenance work complies with quality standards, maintenance manuals, and company policies.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships that positively represent and promote the company brand.
- Identify, tag, and securely store aircraft components and other company property.
- Operate and supervise the use of specialized support equipment for major component removals and installations.
- Coordinate aircraft movement with Line Service and FBO operations and assist as needed.
- Provide regular updates on aircraft status and support activities to Maintenance Control and leadership.
- Maintain a professional demeanor in high-pressure situations and meet demanding timelines.
- Comply with all company training and operational requirements.
- Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license.
- 4+ years of combined experience in corporate aircraft inspection, maintenance, or servicing.
- 2+ years of Learjet 60 aircraft experience.
- Travel-ready tool kit stored in an airline-compliant Pelican case or equivalent.
- Ability to work independently, adapt to changing priorities, and respond to short-notice travel requirements.
- Advanced knowledge of inspection and maintenance procedures for applicable aircraft models and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Availability for flexible scheduling and on-call rotation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Previous AOG or Mobile Service Unit (MSU) experience.
