Family Law Attorney
Job Description
An established New Jersey firm is adding a family law attorney to its matrimonial practice in Woodbridge.
This is a full caseload from inception to resolution, not a support seat behind a partner.
What you will do:
Handle divorce, custody, support, domestic violence and prenuptial matters from intake through resolution. Draft pleadings, motions and agreements. Appear for case management conferences, motion argument and trial. Run discovery and client communication directly.
What you have:
Three or more years of family law experience carrying your own caseload. Admission to the New Jersey bar. Comfortable in Superior Court, Family Part. Strong writing.
The details:
Full-time, in office in Woodbridge, New Jersey. Base salary $150,000 to $165,000, plus a discretionary bonus. Full benefits.
