Maintenance Team Member (PT, Year-Round)

River Point RV Park is looking for a dependable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Worker to help keep our park looking great and our guests happy. • General RV park and facility maintenance
• Minor repairs and troubleshooting
• Mowing, trimming, and general groundskeeping
• Trash removal and keeping common areas clean
• Cleaning and maintaining park facilities
• Preparing and maintaining RV sites
• Assisting with maintenance projects as needed
• Identifying maintenance issues and reporting them to management
• Providing friendly and professional service to park guests

Requirements

• Must pass background check and have a valid drivers license
• Reliable, responsible, and self-motivated
• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical tasks
• Basic maintenance and repair skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous maintenance, landscaping, campground, RV park, or property maintenance experience is a plus
• Must work safely and professionally around guests
