General Maintenance

Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain the cleanliness of the property, including parking lots, sidewalks, landscaping, and customer areas. Empty trash receptacles and replace liners throughout the facility. Clean and maintain vacuum stations, mat cleaning areas, and vending areas. Remove debris, litter, leaves, and snow from walkways and parking areas. Perform basic landscaping duties.Clean windows, signs, and exterior surfaces as needed. Assist with pressure washing sidewalks, curbs, and facility surfaces. QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous groundskeeping, janitorial, landscaping, or facility maintenance experience is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment. Physical RequirementsFrequent standing, walking, bending, lifting, and reaching. Ability to work outdoors for extended periods. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull equipment and materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate pressure washers, lawn equipment, and cleaning tools. Work EnvironmentOutdoor and indoor work environment. Exposure to varying weather conditions, cleaning chemicals, and moderate noise levels.
