Physical Therapist (PT)

Our Client is seeking a Physical Therapist in Fair Lawn, NJ In this role you will be responsible for providing care to students with multiple disabilities aged 14-21 in a high school setting. SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY * Evaluate student to identify developmental deviations and any postural or skeletal problems, and review written or verbal information concerning students in order to determine the need for Physical Therapy services.* Perform ongoing individualized, detailed, and documented assessments of students known, or suspected of having, disability conditions, utilizing evaluative tools and skills unique to physical therapists.* Participate in the evaluation process to aide in establishing diagnosis, prognosis, goals, placement, and treatment plans.* Review and implement each student’s IEP goals and objectives.* Plan and prepare written treatment programs for each student. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* Must have valid Physical Therapy license in the state of NJ* Minimum of one year experience (preferred)* Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program* NJ Department of Education Certificate ADVANTAGES* Flexible schedule as a Contractor.
