Your Impact

• Operate and care for equipment in a direct mail manufacturing setting.
• Adjust machines per job tickets and established SOPs.
• Consistently meet or surpass production goals and customer quality requirements.
• Provide clear shift-change handoffs with status updates and any production issues.
• Follow safety policies without exception.
• Comply with all current SOPs to ensure consistency and quality.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment issues quickly to reduce downtime.
• Alert management to emerging problems and propose corrective actions.
• Act with urgency when equipment is down to protect production schedules.
• Seek out learning opportunities and process improvements to raise throughput.
• Foster teamwork within your crew and across shifts.
• Pitch in on additional tasks to help the team succeed.

What You Bring Education

• High school diploma or GED

Experience

• 2+ years in manufacturing preferred

Skills & Attributes

• Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and strong troubleshooting skills; able to install, maintain, and repair equipment while following safety guidelines.
• Familiarity with predictive and productive maintenance practices.
• Physically able to stand for long periods, bend, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Capable of lifting 25 lbs regularly and up to 40 lbs occasionally.
• Comfort working on concrete floors for 10–12 hours.
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Growth mindset with accountability for quality and results.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; effective independently and in teams.
• Strict adherence to safety procedures, including lock-out/tag-out (LOTO), HazCom, and departmental SOPs.
• Proficiency with machine setups for production runs.
