Mechanical Maintenance Technician – 3rd Shift
Location: Oldsmar, FL
Pay: $25.00/Hour
Schedule: 3rd Shift | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Flex Schedule: 4 Days On / 3 Days Off, then 3 Days On / 4 Days Off

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Mechanical Maintenance Technician to join our team in Oldsmar. This is a hands-on maintenance role for someone with strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills who takes pride in keeping equipment operating safely and efficiently.
What You'll Do:
- Troubleshoot, dismantle, repair, and replace defective machinery and equipment.
- Install new or repaired mechanical and electrical components.
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment and physical structures as needed.
- Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery components.
- Install and repair electrical apparatus, including transformers, wiring, and electrical/electronic components.
- Troubleshoot and work with 3-phase electrical systems from 24V to 480V.
- Read and interpret electrical schematics.
- Use electrical testing equipment to diagnose equipment issues.
- Work with PLC systems and 3-phase electrical equipment.
- Layout, assemble, install, and maintain pipe systems.
- Install and maintain hydraulic and pneumatic equipment.
- Repair and replace gauges, valves, pressure regulators, and related components.
- Use power tools and maintenance equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems (24V–480V).
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
- Experience with electrical testing equipment.
- Knowledge of PLC systems and 3-phase equipment.
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
- Welding experience (TIG/MIG) is a plus.
- Comfortable using a variety of power tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Positive attitude and motivated work ethic.
- Methodical, detail-oriented approach to maintenance.
- Strong team-player who works well with others.
- Safety-conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
