Your responsibilities include:Performing skilled nursing tasks such as injections and wound carePreparing equipment and materials for patient visitsTeaching patients' self‑care techniques to support independenceCommunicating with RNs and case managers to clarify instructions and provide updatesAssisting RNs or physicians with specialized proceduresFollowing infection control and universal precautionsReporting suspected abuse per state and federal guidelinesMaintaining accurate clinical notes and driving recordsEnsuring punctuality and reliability in daily schedulingYou take pride in knowing your work directly improves the lives of patients and their families.QualificationsActive Oklahoma LPN licenseCPR certification (or ability to obtain within 60 days)At least 1 year of nursing experienceValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to travel long distances and adapt to schedule changesBasic computer skillsExperience in home health, critical care, or emergency care is a plusWe're looking for someone who communicates clearly, manages time well, adapts easily, and maintains compassion and professionalism under pressure.Work ScheduleFull‑time, Monday-Friday8:00 AM - 5:00 PMRotating weekends required.Ready to Join Our Team?Our application process is quick and simple.
