Role snapshot- Title: Bottle Line Quality & Pack-Out Operator (Blow Molding)
- Location: On-site, Mars, PA
- Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–11:40 PM
- Compensation: $19.57/hour plus $2/hour second-shift differential
- Examine plastic bottles for defects (holes, surface lines, water spots) and pack only good product
- Monitor automated equipment to avoid jams and keep the line moving
- Report equipment malfunctions and defective bottles to your supervisor promptly
- Maintain clear conveyors and operate the bagger as needed
- Request raw material replenishment at the right time
- Record production counts accurately every shift
- Apply labels precisely—date, shift ID, and required color-coding—on boxes/bags
- Assist with basic recordkeeping and inventory activities
- High school diploma or GED
- Thrives in a fast-moving, change-heavy environment
- Able to follow detailed procedures with care
