Role snapshot

• Title: Bottle Line Quality & Pack-Out Operator (Blow Molding)
• Location: On-site, Mars, PA
• Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 3:30 PM–11:40 PM
• Compensation: $19.57/hour plus $2/hour second-shift differential

Your impact

• Examine plastic bottles for defects (holes, surface lines, water spots) and pack only good product
• Monitor automated equipment to avoid jams and keep the line moving
• Report equipment malfunctions and defective bottles to your supervisor promptly
• Maintain clear conveyors and operate the bagger as needed
• Request raw material replenishment at the right time
• Record production counts accurately every shift
• Apply labels precisely—date, shift ID, and required color-coding—on boxes/bags
• Assist with basic recordkeeping and inventory activities

What it takes

• High school diploma or GED
• Thrives in a fast-moving, change-heavy environment
• Able to follow detailed procedures with care
• Safety-first mindset
• Comfort working around chemicals such as bleach and ammonia
