Aerospace Bearings Production Machining & Assembly Operator

Your Impact
  • Run and fine-tune production equipment to meet print specifications
  • Set up machines to defined parameters (experience dependent)
  • Produce and validate first-piece parts; secure setup approval with required paperwork
  • Load parts, cycle equipment, and verify dimensions at scheduled checkpoints
  • Inspect for fit, centering, staking, stamping, and markings using micrometers, calipers, and visual/physical methods
  • Maintain uptime by monitoring fluid levels and overall machine condition

Core operations:

  • Presses, laser marker, ink jet, electro etch, fitting operations, ovens, swage
  • Bore grinders, drills, mills, and roll thread

Shop technologies:

  • Optical Comparator
  • Surface Grinder
  • Manual Lathe
  • Thread Gauges (GO/NO-GO)
  • Punch Press
  • Press Brake
  • Manual Vertical Mill (Bridgeport)
  • Calipers and Micrometers
  • Laser Punch Press
  • Vertical Lathe
  • OD/ID Grinding Machine
What You Need to Succeed
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Comfort reading and understanding blueprints
  • Manufacturing and machine operating experience preferred
  • Experience with gages and micrometers preferred

Schedule Options
  • 1st shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
  • 2nd shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
