Job Description
Are you a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) looking for a rewarding career where you can make a meaningful difference every day? Freedom Home Care is seeking dependable, caring CNAs to provide one-on-one, in-home care for seniors and individuals who wish to remain safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Pay: $18.00–$21.00 per hour (based on experience and qualifications)
Available Shifts- Days
- Weekend Rotation is required
- Part-Time with opportunities to grow into a Full-Time position
- Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and safety needs
- Prepare light meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Provide medication reminders
- Complete accurate care documentation
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Follow each client's individualized care plan
- Current Minnesota CNA certification or previous CNA certification with related caregiving experience

- Valid driver's license
- Reliable vehicle of your own
- Current auto insurance
- Ability to pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
- Ability to work morning and/or evening shifts
- Availability for an every-other-weekend rotation
- Dependable and professional communication
CNA, PCA, HHA, assisted living, group home, or other professional caregiving experience is a plus.
Personal experience caring for a family member alone does not qualify as professional caregiving experience for this position.
