Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our collaborative therapy team!

Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents throughout the facility

• Conduct comprehensive physical therapy evaluations based on physician orders

• Develop individualized treatment plans with short- and long-term goals

• Provide skilled interventions and modify treatment plans as clinically indicated

• Participate in resident assessments and care plan development

• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program recognized by APTA

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy

• Current Physical Therapist license in good standing required

• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
