$80,000 - $95,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to identify each child's unique needs.
- Develop and implement personalized therapy plans that empower children to reach their communication goals.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to create a supportive network for each child.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes.
- Stay current with the latest research and techniques in pediatric speech therapy to enhance your practice.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative, multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Provide education and resources to families to support continued progress outside of therapy sessions.
Qualifications:
Must have a Texas License to work as a speech-language pathologist (clinical fellows welcome).
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent.

Kidtherapy is a multidisciplinary outpatient pediatric clinic that is therapist-owned and managed. We do only clinic-based services and a small amount of teletherapy. KidTherapy's pediatric therapy facility has over 4,000 square feet of fully equipped space. We offer two sensory gyms, an orthopedic gym, and four private treatment rooms.
