Occupational Therapist
Job Description
Horsham Center for Jewish Life is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our collaborative therapy team.
Positions Available: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN
We are looking for an OT who is passionate about helping residents improve independence, function, and quality of life in a supportive care environment.
What You’ll DoEvaluate residents and develop individualized occupational therapy treatment plans
Provide skilled occupational therapy services based on physician orders
Establish appropriate short- and long-term goals
Implement and modify treatment plans based on resident progress and clinical needs
Monitor resident response to treatment and document progress
Participate in resident assessments and care plan development
Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and other interdisciplinary team members

Provide resident-centered care focused on maximizing independence and quality of life
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Occupational Therapist license in good standing required
Experience working with the geriatric population preferred
Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN opportunities
