About the RoleAs a Game Facilitator, you’ll be the face of BattleGR, leading activities, running games, and ensuring every guest has an amazing time. Whether it’s explaining the rules of laser tag to a group of kids or keeping the energy up during a corporate event, you’ll play a key role in delivering the fun. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves working with people.
What You’ll Do- Set up, run, and break down activities like laser tag, axe throwing, archery tag, VR, and more.
- Greet guests warmly, explain rules and safety procedures, and keep games running smoothly.
- Supervise participants to ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for everyone.
- Adapt to different group sizes, ages, and event types — from birthday parties to corporate events.
- Assist with event setup and teardown for both indoor and mobile events as needed.
- Maintain equipment and report any issues or maintenance needs.
- Represent BattleGR with energy, professionalism, and a genuine love of fun.
- Outgoing and confident personality — you’ll be leading groups of all ages.
- Reliable and punctual — flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays is a must.
- Physically active — you’ll be on your feet, moving equipment, and staying engaged throughout your shift.
- Team player mindset — you take ownership, work well with others, and always do the right thing.
- Prior experience in entertainment, hospitality, coaching, or customer service is a plus, but not required — we’ll train the right person!
- Must be able to pass a background check.
