Facilities Maintenance Assistant
Up to $19 per hour
Wheaton Village Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, a provider of comprehensive rehabilitative care, clinical, and psychiatric services, is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Wheaton, IL. As a Maintenance Assistant, you will work closely with our Maintenance Director to maintain, repair, and improve our facility. Responsibilities:
Works closely with and follows the directions from the Maintenance Director
Maintains and repairs basic functions as determined by the Director
Maintains the building and grounds in a clean, safe, and orderly condition
Takes care of the tools and equipment
Performs other duties as requested
Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
