ACIBuilds.com Job SummaryWe are seeking Manufacturing Assemblers for our Modular Electrical Division to join our team in a fast-paced modular construction/manufacturing environment. This role involves installing wires, panel boxes, circuits, and other systems in our modular buildings then helping ship them to sites. The ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic, open availability, and a willingness to learn assembly/manufacturing. Having a background in assembly line work is a big advantage! Responsibilities-Interpret and follow verbal, written, and drawn instructions-Assemble parts using a wide variety of fasteners and joining techniques-Maintain work area cleanliness, functionality, and safe conditions-Perform all assigned tasks in a limited amount of time, within acceptable quality limits, and while following safe work practices-Install electrical wiring, conduit, panels, fixtures, and devices in modular unitsTroubleshoot and repair electrical issues during productionWork closely with other trades (plumbing, framing, HVAC) to ensure smooth workflowMaintain a clean and safe work areaMeet production schedules and quality standards QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredStrong knowledge of electrical codes and safety practices-background in assembly lines, manufacturing, or warehouse workExperience using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipmentAbility to stand, bend, lift, and work on feet for extended periodsReliable attendance and strong work ethicPreferred QualificationsPrior electrical experiencePrior experience in modular, manufacturing, or prefab constructionForklift or lift certificationExperience working in a factory or production environment BenefitsCompetitive pay with overtime opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holidaysStable, year-round work (indoor facility)Opportunities for advancement and skill development Work EnvironmentIndoor manufacturing facilityClimate-controlled work areas (in many locations)Team-oriented, safety-first cultureElectricianFinal compensation will be determined based on experience, education, licensure, skills, and other relevant factorsReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer
